It began not in a restaurant, but around a table.
When the entire Christo family travelled to Greece and Cyprus to visit their family, they rediscovered something deeply meaningful…not just the flavours of Peter’s heritage, but the feeling of it. Long lunches under the sun, the sound of laughter echoing through the courtyard, plates passed from hand to hand, and the unspoken understanding that no one ever leaves the table hungry… or alone.
In Greece, food is never just food. It is love, generosity, and connection. It is tradition carried through generations. It is home.
That experience stayed with them. And from that feeling, CHRISTO’S GREEK KITCHEN was born.
